We have just released a new feature on the Pageticker parent app, which is our discovery section, where children can find books based on their age, interests and reading history.
Why have we released the book discovery feature?
We know that it can be hard to support children with finding books that they love but are also age appropriate. So we’ve created this feature to support children to find books that they love.
How does the book discovery feature work?
There are a range of booklists, from Pageticker favourites and trending books to more seasonal lists. The majority of these lists have been curated by an ex primary school teacher and others from our database based on what children are actually reading and enjoying!
Each month, we have an author/ illustrator spotlight where we showcase particular authors and illustrators for certain age groups. We have a range of genres and types of books in our lists too, from graphic novels, to non fiction to poetry and fiction. There’s something for everyone.

The lists are scrollable and if you pull down from the top of the page, new books will appear on the lists.
