Anti-Slavery Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Our Commitment

Pedalogic is committed to conducting its business ethically, responsibly and with respect for human rights.

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, servitude, debt bondage and child labour within our business or supply chain.
We expect the same standards from our employees, suppliers and other business partners.

We recognise that modern slavery can affect organisations of all sizes and that responsible businesses have a role to play in identifying and reducing the risk of exploitation.

About Pedalogic

Pedalogic is a technology business providing software, such as Pageticker, and digital services.

Our operations are primarily office-based and digital. We do not manufacture physical products and our direct supply chain is relatively limited. Nevertheless, we recognise that modern slavery risks may exist within some of the products and services we purchase, particularly where services or infrastructure involve workers in higher-risk jurisdictions or industries.

Our suppliers and service providers may include:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

  • Software and technology providers

  • Payment and financial service providers

  • Professional and business services

  • Marketing and communications providers

  • Recruitment and employment services

  • Contractors and freelancers

  • Office and equipment suppliers

We take a proportionate, risk-based approach to managing these risks.

What is modern slavery?

Modern slavery is an umbrella term covering situations where a person is exploited and cannot refuse or leave because of threats, violence, coercion, deception or abuse of power.

This can include:

  • Forced or compulsory labour

  • Human trafficking

  • Slavery and servitude

  • Debt bondage

  • Exploitation of children through unlawful labour

Pedalogic will not knowingly engage with any organisation or individual involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.

Our Responsibilities

Employees and contractors

All Pedalogic employees and contractors are expected to:

  • Treat colleagues, customers, suppliers and other individuals with dignity and respect.

  • Comply with applicable employment and human rights laws.

  • Never engage in or facilitate modern slavery or human trafficking.

  • Raise concerns if they become aware of circumstances that could indicate exploitation.

No employee or contractor will be penalised for raising a genuine concern in good faith.

Management

Pedalogic's management team is responsible for:

  • Maintaining this policy.

  • Considering modern slavery risks when appropriate.

  • Ensuring appropriate supplier due diligence is undertaken.

  • Responding appropriately to concerns or suspected incidents.

  • Reviewing this policy at least annually.

Our approach to suppliers

We expect suppliers and business partners to operate ethically and comply with all applicable laws relating to employment, human rights and modern slavery.

Where appropriate and proportionate to the nature and risk of the relationship, Pedalogic may:

  • Assess a supplier's policies and practices before entering into a relationship.

  • Ask suppliers to confirm their commitment to preventing modern slavery.

  • Consider modern slavery risks as part of supplier due diligence.

  • Include appropriate contractual requirements relating to modern slavery and ethical employment.

  • Review concerns relating to existing suppliers.

  • Take appropriate action where a supplier is found to be involved in modern slavery.

We recognise that not all suppliers present the same level of risk. Our approach will therefore be proportionate to the size, nature and location of the supplier and the services they provide.

Risk Assessment

We consider the risk of modern slavery to be relatively low within Pedalogic's direct operations because our workforce is primarily engaged in professional, skilled and digital roles.

However, we recognise that risks may exist further down our supply chain.

When assessing suppliers, we may consider factors including:

  • The country or countries in which the supplier operates.

  • The nature of the services or goods being provided.

  • The working conditions associated with those services.

  • Whether labour is outsourced or subcontracted.

  • The supplier's own policies and approach to human rights.

  • Any relevant concerns, allegations or information relating to the supplier.

Where a higher-risk relationship is identified, we will consider whether additional due diligence or contractual safeguards are appropriate.

Recruitment and employment

Pedalogic is committed to fair and ethical recruitment.

We will not:

  • Use forced or compulsory labour.

  • Retain employees' identity documents unnecessarily or unlawfully.

  • Charge employees recruitment fees that they are not legally required to pay.

  • Restrict an employee's freedom to leave employment in accordance with applicable law.

  • Tolerate threats, coercion or abuse in the workplace.

Employees must receive the terms and conditions of their employment and be paid in accordance with applicable law.

Where recruitment agencies or other third parties are used, we expect them to operate in accordance with the same principles.

Reporting concerns

Anyone working for or with Pedalogic is encouraged to raise a concern if they believe modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking or another form of exploitation may be taking place.

Concerns should be raised with Pedalogic management or through the company's established reporting or whistleblowing channels.

Concerns will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith.

Where appropriate, Pedalogic will consider reporting suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

Training and awareness

Pedalogic will ensure that individuals responsible for relevant procurement, supplier management or people-management activities understand the principles of this policy.

Where appropriate, additional training or awareness activities may be provided based on the risks identified within our business or supply chain.

Monitoring and review

Pedalogic will review this policy at least annually and whenever there is a significant change to our business, supply chain or relevant legislation.

As part of the review, we will consider:

  • Any modern slavery concerns raised during the previous year.

  • Changes to our suppliers or supply chain.

  • Any significant changes to our business operations.

  • Whether additional supplier due diligence is appropriate.

  • Whether our policies and procedures remain effective.

Where appropriate, we will use the findings of these reviews to improve our approach.

Our standards

Pedalogic is committed to continuously improving the way we identify and manage modern slavery risks.

We do not claim that modern slavery can be eliminated simply through the existence of a policy. Instead, we aim to maintain appropriate controls, remain alert to potential risks and take action when concerns are identified.

This policy forms part of Pedalogic's wider commitment to responsible business practices, ethical employment and respect for human rights.
