Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: 

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
Be 18 years or older
Be a UK resident currently living in the UK
Enter using genuine, non-automated, non-fake, non-AI-generated accounts
Complete all required entry steps using the same social media account
The following are not eligible: employees of Pedalogic Ltd, their family members, or anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway.

Giveaway period:

The giveaway open and close period will be set on the Instagram/Facebook post, and entries received before or after this period will not be counted.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must complete all of the following:

1. Like the Giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram

2. Comment on the post and tag another person

3. Sign up to the Pageticker weekly round-up

4. Only one entry per person

5. No purchase is required (and no purchase will increase chances of winning)
    

Entries must not:

• Use multiple accounts

• Use automated systems

• Use fake or AI-generated identities

• Be incomplete or corrupted

 

Entrants must still be following the Pageticker Instagram or Facebook account at the time of the draw. Entries found not following at the time of selection may be invalidated.

Email Sign-Up & Marketing Consent:
By signing up to the Pageticker weekly round-up as part of the entry process, entrants consent to receiving email communications. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after the Giveaway ends.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

 

Prize Details:

The prize will be set in the prize post, and there will only be one winner.

The prize is:

• Non-transferable

• No cash alternative

• Intended for personal use, not for resale

If any prize item becomes unavailable, the Promoter may replace it with an item of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection:
One winner will be selected via a randomised, computer-generated draw.
The draw will take place within a week of the closing date.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
 

Winner Notification:
The winner will be contacted via email within a week of the closing date and using the email provided at sign-up.
The winner has 48 hours to respond with confirmation and a valid UK postal address.
If no reply is received within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner via another random draw.
 

Prize Delivery:
The prize will be sent by post only within the UK.
Dispatch will occur within 7 days of receiving the winner’s address.
Proof of postage and delivery will be recorded.
The Promoter is not responsible for postal delays or issues beyond its control but will make reasonable efforts to assist.
 

Marketing & Publicity:
As a condition of entering, entrants agree that:
The winner’s username and profile picture (e.g., from Instagram) may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Pageticker.
No additional payment will be provided.
No other personal data will be publicly shared.
 

Data Protection:
Personal data collected (email addresses, postal addresses, social handles) will be used only for:
Administering the Giveaway
Delivery of the prize
Email communication opted into during entry
Data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR. No data will be sold or shared beyond essential delivery partners.
 

​Platform Disclaimer:
All Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform used for entry.

Disqualification:
The Promoter may disqualify any participant who:

• Breaches these Terms & Conditions

• Uses multiple accounts or identities

• Uses automated entry methods

• Does not follow Pageticker at the time of the draw

• Harasses or harms other participants

• Attempts to manipulate the Giveaway

Amendments or Cancellation:
The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Amend the Giveaway, or

• Cancel the Giveaway entirely

If required due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Any changes will be made with fairness to participants in mind.

Limitation of Liability:
The Promoter is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, including failed internet, app, or device connections

• Incomplete or corrupted entries

• Lost or delayed postal delivery

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence

Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
